Clean Sweep for Fisher’s Recruitment Campaign

When Fishers found themselves in desperate need of finding large numbers of new staff to satisfy demand across plants, they reached out to the whole of Altar Group to devise and execute a strategic campaign that would provide cut-through results, generate interest and maximise applications. The Ginger team got to work defining the target audience in the locality around the plants.

Activity included; organic activity, and paid advertisements on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

The campaign ran over an eight-week period between March and April 2022 and In the first 24 hours of launching the campaign, Fishers received a staggering 26 applications. Within three weeks, Fishers received over 500 applications. The advertising costs were in the region of £1,000 representing around £2.30 per applicant, compared with indeed.com’s approximate £21k per successful applicant.
